Unleashing true brilliance in an organisation

Look at any organisation, team, family unit or business, and you will certainly find the following.

Interpersonal conflict
Lack of clarity of purpose, direction, project parameters
Blame of others or the system
Miscommunication
Conflicting worldviews, perspectives and cultures

The amount of energy that is lost to these communication and people issues is immense. Loss in time, energy, effort, inefficiency, focus.  At a rough guess, say a 40% loss of available energy for every person involved. Often higher.

As a simple exercise, think of what is consuming your mental and emotional energy right now? Is it creativity, innovation, problem solving, design, relationship building….all desired…or is it worrying about Sue or Paul, or the boss, or why people will or won’t, can or can’t, or why didn’t she do this, deliver that, understand this, be on time with, why the leadership says this and does that….?

What is the cost of a 40% loss due to poor interpersonal, communication and leadership skills? In pure dollar terms, every opportunity you have to make $100 is reduced to $60. That hurts. But that doesn’t even take into account the stress, sleepless nights and endless conversations to try to reach resolution…

There is a cost that is less obvious but very critical. The cost of brilliance.

If we have a higher competency in our conscious communication and leadership tools, reducing significantly the interpersonal conflicts and lack of clear communication, this allows another element to enter the fray. Something even more powerful. When clean communication is present, more intelligence is able to be expressed. Not just because the garbage noise has been reduced.

But because when two or more people sit with each other in a clean space, the field of access is opened in a transpersonal way. (Beyond people)

This is the basis of collective intelligence and synergy. The space between atoms, particles, objects, ideas, people…is available when the friction is reduced. Here lies genius, innovation…breathtaking brilliance…the kind of outcomes most organisations and innovative entrepreneurs aspire to.

Take your $100 and get $1000 or more.

Invest in conscious communication and leadership tools if you aspire to this type of  true brilliance. Do the math, it will end up being a wise investment.

Caveat; the success of any intervention depends on the interior condition and intelligence of the intervener.

    Unquestionably, in our traditional or historical mode of self expression we express and contribute less than our full potential to say it mildly. Efficiency is dependent on Clarity… and Clarity is the experience of choosing to live beyond conflict. Conflict is an inherent part of our human experience… yet we are capable of being aware of our limited and conflicting thoughts and choosing to be free of their messy and distracting influence. We earn our freedom from their influence in recognizing that we have a Deeper Reality that is inherently without limit and therefore conflict free. This empowers us to exercise and express our Right to change our minds… to release what is undesired and choose what is Truly Desired. This usually requires some practice and training of the mind to respond differently to the many habitual, obsessive, and addictive reactions that we have built into our thought process. However, the results of choosing to develop this natural ability to release and choose differently will prove their value and benefit to anyone willing to see for themselves.

    Essentially, the idea of ‘brilliance’ reflects Inner Radiance, which is a Creative Attribute. Brilliance is the effect or expression of Inner Illumination or Enlightenment. Inner Light is an unconditional quality that when recognized and accepted shines away or disappears the unrewarding and unproductive confusion that renders us conflicted and competitive rather than Creative and Cooperative which is our innate nature.

    So in order to access and share our Greater Potential to be and share Brilliance in the midst of our generally inefficient human experience… we must first clean up or release our conflicts which distract us and compromise our best interests. This is a most personal and intimate undertaking, yet there is a simultaneous and immediate transfer value that will bring much needed relief and Help into the circumstances of every relationship we find ourselves in. As we uncover and then discover the wealth of our Inner Resources in reclaiming our Right and ability to Think Differently, to Be Free of the limiting and conflicted thoughts and beliefs we unnecessarily misidentified ourselves with… Miracles unfold. The Brilliance of our Inner Radiance awaits only our recognition, our appreciation, and our acceptance that it enter in to the circumstances, situations, and diverse relationships we find ourselves in, reestablishing the Creative and Cooperative Order that will undo the past in the present and thereby release the future. This is our Evolutionary Destiny and the very Creative Revolution each and everyone of us are here to usher in. This moment and every consecutive moment that follows is for that very purpose and each and every day for the rest of our days offers us that Opportunity and Access. Thank you!
